Garcia vs Burgos and Rosado vs Charlo are the ones I'm looking forward to.

Still more time needed for big fights to be signed.

last year was the same. Golden Boy makes pretty much all their first fights between march-june. and their 2nd between september-december..

Wait till Pac and Floyd's next fights are announced, after that we'll see some big announcements soon

Guess I'm the only one who thinks these first few weeks of the year are actually pretty hot then.

I get the only 'big' fight is Bute - Pascal right now but there's significant happenings a HW (Szpilka - jennings and Perez - Takam are both big fights), CW (Huck, Arslan, Mchunu, Mkabu all big names or prospects), LHW (obvs), one or two decent things at MW (Stevens, Lee, GGG are fighting though not against top opposition - the Majewski fight for Stevens is a very interesting one IMO tho).

In fact right on through the divisions there's stuff going on in the next few weeks that will effect things later in the year, some hot new prospects, some bigger fights in the 'less popular' divisions -Shafikovs fight with Vazquez is a big deal at lightweight, Gabe and Charlo at JMW, Peterson, Redkach, Mikey gainst Burgos - damn big fight...guess I get more excited by these things than some.

Ah well...I'll be there on IBs RBRs - if you wanna see these guys in the 'not so big' fights, it's really worth it as a fan of the sport. Just because you don't yet know their names, don't mean the fights are any less exciting.

I will enjoy them too, I just don't see any overly "significant" fights amongst the top contenders in any divisions with these matchups. Some of them will be exciting, surely, but none of the top "elite" fighters are in any intriguing, 50/50 matchups.

I'm just getting so sick of this ****.

I actually think its pretty decent some good and important HW fights also the big Bute vs Pascal fight. GGG is always good to watch and i hope its just a warm up for a big fight later in the year. Canelo back in March apparently, Pacquiao in April, hopefully Froch vs Groves,Stevenson vs Kovalev, Martinez vs Cotto seems very likely, Garcia vs Gamboa?, Garcia vs Matthysse 2 or move up to 147. Klitschko vs Pulev and hopefully Fury. Ward vs GGG/ top LHW, Lombochenko vs Salido, Frampton vs Santa Cruz, Wilder finally stepping up (doubt it) basically i think boxing in 2014 could be outstanding so many amazing fights to be made 2013 was a very good year IMO and 2014 could be even better.
