Looking at the ages and experience of the top contenders in these division i.e Ward, Golovkin, Stevenson, Quillan, Kovalev - 29, 31, 36, 30, 30 - this should really be the year that we start getting some cracking fights between 160 and 175, as far as I'm concered put any of those five against each other and you'll get a good fight. Folks might disagree but put them against anyone and it'll be worth watching.
And before people start dicking on Ward as being "boring" or "too good", I personally will still tune in for his fights, the Rodriguez bout was ridiculous but still curiosity as to whether someone will land a haymaker on him does give interest c.f Floyd Mayweather, and the fighters i've just mentioned, if nothing else, all have serious power.

Yeah, there will be some good fights coming down the line late this year.

You would put Quillin in with Kovalev and expect a good fight?

    Good, maybe not competitive.
