I think the best fight I've seen this year was Tanakas vs Yedras. Great action.

I'd go for Linares vs Mitchell, maybe a bit biased as I was ringside but is was an unbelievable match up to watch up close. Out of that list, I'd say Lucas vs Provo.

Matthysse vs Provodnikov got a lot of votes, and seems like the favorite, but I didn't think it lived up to the hype. I thought that Matthysse slowed things down somewhat by boxing rather than slugging. We've seen both fighters in better fights and don't you really want a knockout at the end to cap things off?

Dave Ryan - John Wayne Hibbert

Ryan was down twice and came back to knock Hibbert out.

Dave Ryan is 17-8-0, doesn't sound world class, but it could be good. Anybody else see this?

It's Youtubed, and was indeed a lot of fun. Arguably the best club-fight/regional level contest to take place thus far.

Well I have atleast one more to add: Derry Matthews - Tony Luis was a great back and forth action fight.

It seems like I'm the only one to vote for Arreola - Harper.

Yeah, I understand that they are bums and stuff.. but it was by far the most entertaining fight this year. Go and watch if you haven't.
