    Floyd/Manny
    Stevenson/Kovalev
    Brook/Khan
    Quigg/Frampton (pretty sure that'll happen)
    Wlad/Wilder
    AJ/Fury

If all of those matches happened - and they could do - how would you rate 2015 for Boxing?

    Looks like a great year.

    Maybe Inoue-Gonzalez too.

    Could easily see Loma-Walters.

    Huge possibilities at the moment

Also throw in the fights that can be made at WW.

A match-up between any of Thurman-Porter-Khan-Maidana-Brook would be good fights

Is he going to fight himself? Now that's something to remember

    Floyd/Manny :good
Stevenson/Kovalev > Will it actually happen now the Haymon comes up with his very own belts?
Brook/Khan > Also not sure it will happen this year or maybe ever.
    Quigg/Frampton > Hope so
Wlad/Wilder > Don't think Wlad gets his hands on the WBC belt anytime soon, as long if it isn't ordered by the WBC itself.
AJ/Fury > Almost certainly not going to happen this year.

If all these fights happen, including Golovkin vs Cotto I would be a very happy man :yep

I've got 1951, 1979, and 1982 as the best years in boxing.

    1951
    Robinson vs Lamotta 6 (middleweight)
Willie Pep vs Sandy Saddler IV (featherweight)
Ezzard Charles vs Jersey Joe Walcott III (light heavyweight)
    1979
Matthew Saad Muhammad vs Marvin Johnson II (light heavyweight)
Danny Lopez vs Mike Ayala (featherweight)
Larry Holmes vs Mike Weaver (heavyweight)
    1982
Pryor vs Arguello 1 (light welterweight)
Bobby Chacon vs Rafael Bazooka Limon IV (super featherweight)

All of those fights in the OP would have been a given back in the day when everybody fought more often, contenders and champs all fought each other multiple times. But even then it wasn't a given that the fights would be exciting. We'll have to wait until the dust clears on 2015 to judge it objectively. I suspect that the May 2nd Pacquiao Mayweather event will only be as interesting as the Rigondeaux Donaire one a couple years ago, and people will feel let down. As for the others in OP's post, maybe I'm just not as excited to see the British fighters because I'm not British and a fight by Roman Gonzalez or Guillermo Rigondeaux would mean more to me.

Let's say it has potential but it depends whether boxing politics get in the way of it or not.

LOL you don't remember a while ago when Wilder vs Stiverne was happening someone created a poll saying who was gonna win, Bermane or Stiverne?

Guess it's ingrained in my memory.
