    Artayev, Sarsekbayev, Sapiyev and Yeleussinov won 4 welterweight olympic titles in a row and two Val Barker trophies (Yeleussinov was a strong contender as well as Sarsekbayev) for their country and IMO he is the second best after Sapiyev, I hope he is fast tracked and he is beating Kelly if they ever fight again.
