Lightning combos on the body, not very powerful shots but hailing down on Arcón Díaz's belly nonstop, both scoring points and sapping his wind. Arcón Díaz gets fairly negative, sliding his feet away, leaning far back, keeping to the ropes.

Russell's round but it doesn't matter. He needed a 10-8 not to lose a split decision here as two judges already saw him in a deep hole.

 

Arcón Díaz wins on points.

Meh. Not the worst decision ever, but Russell deserved the 1st (and thus a berth in Rio)
