    good point clearing up what took place,

    that aside, I was a little disappointed watching him the few fights I watched a while back, he was good but didn't make me think he had the potential to be a world beater like several others.

    Buenos Aires looks absolutely gorgeous.

    (and from what I've read and heard, pales in comparison with the countryside...but that is true of most cosmopolitan places around the world. As great as Prague is, most seasoned tourists will say you need to venture an hour's train ride outside it to get your vacation money's worth...)

    I've been in love with Argentina for years, every since I saw a documentary on the Patagonian Andes and the Pampas grasslands, the music, the European feel, the food, the boxing, the women, I love every inch of the country.

    Yeah. Like 90% of the population apparently has full sleeve tats and love NWOBHM and groove/thrash. :lol:

    ...and they have a sort of haughty, aloof thing going for them I kind of respect and relate to. Because they consider themselves basically nth-generation Spaniards, they're seen as uppity pains in the ass by the rest of South America...but they just own it and feed into that. :good

    Yep they're the South American equivalent to the French.:bart

    I know they love Iron Maiden, they had a huge crowd when they played Buenos Aires.

    They couldn't be further from the Boricua and Chicano cultures that fits most Americans ideal of what a Latino is, in fact I doubt a lot of them even refer to themselves as Latinos, most of them want to be considered White or European, at least that's what the 3 of them that I've known do, which they are. Uruguay and parts of Brazil have that same attitude as well.

    And they really really love meat, which also makes it a country after my own heart, I even like the tango.:D
