Espinoza shouting into the mic "WHERE YOU AT HBO!"
Out of the ordinary for the usually calm headed Showtime Executive.

I liked having all the boxers on one stage at the same time but it could have been better executed. With that said I look forward to every one of these fights.

    Uh...what!?

Lara-Hurd is a unification fight at 154 and a really good boxer/puncher match-up. If you're not excited about that, then what can you get excited about...!?

It's the best of the bunch.

Hurd is going to break Lara down imo, it will be funny to see all the whining after.

    "Oh he's just too big"
"He would have got cleaned up if he wasn't the size of a cruiserweight"
"Hurd is just a weight bully, pick on someone your own size"!!!!

All I can say is "and what"

Hurd is just really good at cutting weight, in fact he is phenomenal at it. He makes Canelo look like a light weight.

Some people have speed, some have power, some have stamina.

Hurd has it all and size

Hurd is truly a giant at 154 he dwarfs lara in that pic. He must walk around at 180.

I didn't mention Lara-Hurd for good reason: Jarrett Hurd is not that good, and more so he's sloppy and his style is a turn-off for me. He has subpar defence, really poor footwork, and despite having heavy hands he slaps and reaches with his punches. Lara is going to comfortably school and sharp-shoot him. Danny Garcia-Rios is a boxer/puncher matchup too, should we all be waving our pom-poms for that? Well I shouldn't say I'm not excited about Lara-Hurd: because if Lara's not worse than a 1/5 fave I look forward to putting my biggest wager of the year yet on him.

The only can't miss boxer/puncher matchup on the schedule is Estrada-Rungvisai! Rungvisai unlike Hurd has shown the footwork to adeptly cut off the ring while attacking world class foes, and he delivers his power with short, compact punching technique. (I still like the brilliant Estrada to impressively outbox him, btw).
