I'm with you on this, calling him glass on the back of this is nonsense. If he was glass he'd have been dropped or shaken up by the lesser guys he'd fought. Getting iced at the highest level of the sport one time does not make you glass. Even less so if it's a huge right hand than lands perfectly flush late on in the fight. If this had followed him being dropped or rocked by some lesser guys then yes absolutely we can suggest he's glass but to assert it after this one fight is ridiculous.

On a side note, love this as a sticky thread. Will make for great reading at the end of the year.

Since we're opening up that category, let me add the following candidates:

    Roman vs Doheny (my choice)
    Williams vs Hurd
    Plant vs Uzquategui
    Makabu vs Kudryashov

Totally agree on three of them, the Plant match, not so much.

There were enough shifts in momentum to warrant consideration, imo. Wouldn't be my first pick, though.

I knew you must have something in the works the moment the Compendium was unstuck. :sisi1 Feels good to have the freedom of a rotating slot, eh?

Yeah, like you... as arrogant and egotistical as I may be at times, I don't deal with with compliments or omnipresent compendiums that ultimately end up serving as self made tributes to myself, that serve no purpose but to take up space, very well. So yeah... I'd much rather have a living breathing sticky that serves a purpose and sparks debate, I'm all no frills, no bull**** economical like that.:D

Yes round of the year should be a category!
    Briedis-Glowacki round 2 was a wild one...

Also @CST80 may I recommend separating KO of the year for high profile matches vs low level/low rank guys?

I think Fowler Fitzy was a good upset; In the terms that it definitely wasn't what was meant to happen that night. The betting market and the broadcasters had it all wrong, plus to many it was a very satisfactory result.

Two fight of the year candidates. It's a shame Russell Mora ****ed the Rigondeaux vs Ceja fight up with his bad calls, and early stoppage.

Plenty of highlight reel KO's in boxing so far this year, but it is easy to KO a scrub. Dorticos KO of Tabiti is the most impressive one out of this list.

Hey @f1ght3rz could you do me favor and compile a list of obscure robberies from undercards you did the RBR's for that I missed. Matches like Wojcicki-Caceres, or Gadzhialev-Malikov, stuff in that vein.
