Canelo still beat the crushed can Kovolov, I do know why the conspiracy theorist are not happy, I get it. The fact is Alvarez won, he did not get crushed. Canelo proved himself, trained right, worked hard for his victory.

What does Canelo failing a test almost two years ago have to do with him having a great 2019, the topic of this thread.

Did you ask Pakkuman that or are you just triggered?

Far as I can tell, Pakkuman was discussing Canelo and you suddenly started talking about Pac when Canelo's two failed drug tests came up.

As far as I can tell I created this thread to discuss Canelo in 2019.

Pakkuman attempted to derail this thread with his post regarding Canelo in 2018, and I hit him back where it hurts him, and apparently you too.

I'm not the biggest fan of Pac, but you can't say he failed two drug tests like Canelo did.

I can't, but I can say that he avoided random testing for years. One has to wonder, why.

Wonder away, but one can really only speculate about Pacman, while with Canelo there are two failed drug tests.

Canelo is without a doubt fighter of the year. Jacobs and Kovalev are good wins. Not sure about fighter of the decade. If Lomachenko beats Teofimo Lopez, Tank Davis and some other contender at lightweight (George Kambosos jr etc) then Lomachenko would secure his second fighter of the year award and in my opinion fighter of the decade.

And speculating we will. Who can ever forget his phobia of needles, his superstition of having blood drawn, and saying that he couldn't do random testing because giving a vial of blood weakened him. Lol

At least Canelo immediately enrolled in VADAs 365 program and took a hair follicle test to prove he was a clean fighter. Funny how the haters conveniently forget those little facts.

Similar to how nobody is can forget Canelo failed two drug tests.

The hair follicle test is unreliable.

"We initiated the test to be as comprehensive as possible but knowing it's very difficult, according to the experts," NSAC commissioner Bob Bennett said. "It's a difficult process to be able to confirm whether there is clenbuterol in the hair follicles, but I talked to SMRTL president and laboratory director Dr. Michael Eichner and he said they'd run the test even though it is even more difficult to run on light-colored hair. But we sent them the samples and the tests came back negative."

Canelo would have to be a huge idiot to fail a test while enrolled in VADA 365. Also he is no longer enrolled in the program.

No one tried to de rail this meaningless & very weak( what do you expect look at the author, yes I say it in jest) thread, as usual when you get "Put" into a corner, which happens on an alomost daily basis ( or in your terminology "Owned") ....sorry i digress....as usual when you get out of your depth you try to divert the attention onto someone else, its usually about manny, but this time Pakkuman falls as the target for your hope of redemption lol...you really are a weak minded tool

He's had a good year. 'Will undoubtedly get fighter of the year' is a bit strong. Josh Taylor has won the 140 Ali trophy and beaten two undefeated world champs, Baranchyk and Prograis. Inoue demolished an unbeaten Emmanuel Rodriguez in two rounds and then beat a (faded but the same could be said of Kovalev) legend in Donaire to win the belt. Ruiz jr pulled off one of the biggest upsets in the history of the sport and has to be up there is he can repeat it in the rematch. The likes of Spence, Pacquiao, Beterbiev and Estrada have also had good years. Not that Canelo WON'T get it, especially given his profile, but there are several strong contenders up there.

InSel hates the fact that Pac simply took the tests EVERYONE was doing at the time. Same tests that his mother, Oscar de la hoya took, same tests that Floyd took, same tests that everyone was taking.

Even after Floyd tossed his accusation, he didn't implement blood testing right away.

That's fine and dandy. Maybe it wasn't tainted meat, maybe it was. I'm past that, especially with VADA 365 and the hair follicle test. Canelo whooped GGG and also Jacobs this year while on 365. He looked much better while being tested year round.

Similar with Pac, he may not have been hiding anything while he was avoiding random testing, or maybe he was, we won't know unless a whistle blower ever comes out.

Anyway, since you're so concerned about staying on topic why don't we discuss how great a year Canelo had.

What does Canelo have to do to have a better year in 2020 than 2019?

What does Canelo have to do ?? Get away from the blatant
corruption in Vegas. Give opponents an even playing field.
Be a MAN not a puppet
