He's pretty inactive (had just one bout in a year), other athletes have 40+ matches in one season. Also were non of his opponents pound for pound top 20 (although Ramirez was possible top 30). He is also scheduled to fight a domestic level guy next (since October is he supposed to), instead of Zepada; even rematchs vs. Pogaris or Postol would be more interesting. So top 15 is actual a high rating for him; Rungvisai or Navarette could be over him. I could have also included KP Knockout Freshmart, Oscar Valdez or Dalmakian (maybe 1 - 3 light-heavyweights).
Well, I love Taylor and have been his fan even before his first world title. But I must say that his work in 140 is almost done. He has defeated almost all top fighters in the division. The only one he hasn't faced only Jose Zepeda who is good fight but bit lower level than Prograis. Maybe if he wants to prove himself as true champion, he can give chance for Prograis to rematch him in American soil. If he does that and win, man that would not only boost his P4P rating, but his reputation will be skyrocketing. And I am confident he can.
