He hasn't done anything less than excellent. So many guys from my generation have embarrassed themselves now, not this kid. And he is still a kid too, totally ridiculous about paying bills and such.

I don’t know what you’re complaining about, there has already been so many great fights and it’s barely the beginning.

Boxing is dead, there was more hype for Paul vs tommy fury than usyk vs fury. The best duck each other and it’s not long till Tyson, is simply known as Tommy‘s big brother.

If Stevenson vs Yoshino has got you excited you just need to branch out to follow more fighters because there are plenty of fights at that level coming up.

Guys are having to go back to work now that there isn't as much money sloshing around chasing anyone who can produce sports content.

It's really feeling back to normal in a lot of ways.

These are the fights that we've been missing the last few years, it's been a few barn burners in a row now and a bunch of potential for more.

We have more than one FOTY/KOTY contender already!

I can't complain there's been alot of good fights over the past 2 months, and some big one coming up in the next few months, so I disagree.

It's going to be a poor year in the U.K.

The sport needs to get Fury-Usyk and Spence-Crawford. Hopefully we will see Bivol-Canelo as well

Funny how if these 3 fights are made this year would be one of the best years for boxing in recent times but if they don't, i will have to agree with the thread maker

It's mostly their production. Besides the fights being good, they do a very good job at making journeymen seem like future stars and making everything seem super important.

I feel like the 'fight twice a year' convention has been broken once and for all by covid, and fighters are fighting ONCE a year more. There's really no excuse - this isn't 2020 or even 2021. Elite fighter activity is at an all-time low. I know ''is boxing dying?'' talk has been around since forever but still - compare things to how they were in 2013. The guys today are like children putting on their parents' clothes
