If Joshua trains like he did for both Usyk fights and fights as smart as he possibly can like those fights… I’d say Joshua by late stoppage or UD. Definitely has enough power to make Mike more and more timid to come forward as the fight goes on and Joshua has a good jab to keep range.

I'd say this is a bit more of a pick em than if Joshua was fighting early 90s version of Tyson who was still a 12 round fighter and who i would make a big favourite over Joshua.

But honestly even 96 version of Tyson i still think would tag Joshua and that would be all she wrote. Holyfield was smart in his encounter vs Tyson he tied him up on the inside nullifying his offence and used clever tactics and some very dirty tactics aswell on the inside, i don't think Joshua has those those same attributes as Holyfield nor the durability either.

Mike wins. Takes him a few rounds before he finds the stoppage mid-rounds

I'd pick AJ if I weren't so unsure about his chin and Tyson's ability to find it. Really he ought to blow Mike away because he's a much bigger guy, a good boxer with huge natural power. He's a bigger version of the Foreman problem for Tyson. With the difference that I don't think he has anything near Foreman's chin. My guess is 50-50.

Tyson's best win post-prison was a shopworn Bruno (who he'd already beaten), and while people like to compare AJ and Bruno I actually think AJ is quite a bit better - bigger, stronger, and moves better. I think AJ TKOs that version of Tyson.

It's tough to convince Tyson fans that their guy was a mortal after all... but here goes
Joshua easy win within 8 rounds....

People will keep bringing up Ruiz 1 but completely disregarding how Buster destroyed Mike, or how a worn out Holyfield with a heart condition completely dominated and KO'd Tyson while fighting Mike's fight. Lets not forget exactly 1 year before the Tyson fight Holyfield was stopped by Bowe.

1996 version of Tyson (Bruno fight) was still a ferocious monster.

No way can Joshua survive that.

He couldn't even keep out of the way of that blob Andy Ruiz and that is when Joshua still had that killer instinct about him.

Being cautious will just get him beaten up quicker because Tyson had good feet and could cut off the ring whereas Joshua moves well (circles) but in big strides and it is not fluid.

Holyfield was pumping his body full of PEDs that was his "heart condition".

And actually Holyfield went on a good streak between 1996-1997 arguably having the best performances of his career beating Tyson, Moorer, in which he was alot physically stronger due to PEDs.

In one sentence you're saying "people won't believe Tyson is mortal" but then in next sentence you're equally coming out with something ridiculous yourself claiming "Joshua wins easily".

I agree Joshua has a better chance against a 96 version of Tyson but winning easily ? Come on buddy. Joshua hasn't beaten a top 10 fighter since he danced away from an obese Andy Ruiz.

Like I mean Joshua was afraid to engage with an even fatter version of Ruiz in their rematch can you imagine Tyson in there ? Even a 96 version ?

    Fair reply...

Maybe saying easy was ridiculous, I just mean to say that he won't have any real problems. Neither of the Trio, Usyk, Fury, Joshua would have major problems with Mike, due to the size advantages, and boxing has come a long way in the last 30 years in terms of skill advancements ect.

Holyfield's condition came out before the TKO loss to Bowe, so if PED's burnt his heart out it was before 1996. If thats what you meant.

Joshua would outbox Tyson if he though the way he did in the Ruiz 2 fight even if he was fighting scared, he's got the reach, height ,feet and speed to do that ... If he came in his wannabe Roy Jones Jr stance like he did vs Ruiz in the 1st fight then yea he'd be in trouble.

Tyson is a perfect example why Bridgerweight is needed these days, Joshua has all the physical advantages, Power, strength, speed, weight, height and reach that would make the fight uncompetitive.

    tyson inside 4
80s tyson wins inside 2 rounds

Joshua is afraid to get hit and struggled with Ruiz fast hands

Tyson in 96 was still way faster and more powerful than Ruiz. Punched way harder

Easy, easy win for Mike who also beats Usyk and this version of Fury
