I’m no fan of floyd, but he is a lot tougher and has more heart. Floyd wasn’t dead game, but he was game enough when he needed to be. I don’t think shakur has that kind of gameness.

 

Nah, Floyd used to go after guys when he was Shakur's age. Even later in his career he would press opponents to gauge if he could get rid of them or not.

Shakur's issue is that he has no killer instinct at all (hence his corner discussion). Shakur actually could've gotten a stoppage how dominant he was, he didn't even press the gas. Had no urgency because he was so in control. He doesn't have a power deficit like Haney, he just literally doesn't care and I say that as a Shakur fan.

Even Money Floyd was a thousand times more entertaining than Shakur. Mosley, Cotto, Hatton, Maidana, and Castillo were all very watchable fights. Floyd was so much more skilled and talented and brave than Shakur is. He wasn’t deathly afraid of exchanges, he had a solid chin, and good punching power. Everybody keeps bringing up PBF and act like Floyd never had entertaining fights even in his later career.
