    Yep, a 20000 capacity arena, where else would you put a mid level undercard fight masking as a main event!

    Utterly abysmal isn't it, and a clear step down from their spring 23 schedule. Looks like they have effectively given up on UK shows now with this token effort.

    The downside of Saudi Loot is only crumbs are left for boxing fans wanting to attend live shows in the UK.

    The huge multi-millionaire grubs like Joshua and Fury, Hearn and Warren should be ashamed having effectively sold UK boxing to the Saudis.

    So two cards announced in the UK and they both have dross Women's World title fights as the Co main.

    Genuinely one of many things killing me trying to watch boxing live.

    Bit of a level increase. O'Maison, Benjamin & Maxwell, his last 3 at British level ( were any of these 3 solid British lvl fighters? Probably Maxwell bk in the day at best). Straight onto a world level fighter in Zapeda.
    I didn't watch Zepedas last fight vs Hitchins.
    Maybe team Smith think Zapedas done now.
    He's 34. Seems so long ago when he fought turbo Terry and his shoulder p
    Went.
    Good fight for Dalt. I really hope he wins.

    Depressing isn’t it. Virtually nobody wants to see these women’s fights. Women certainly don’t. Dixon W PTS 10. There that’s the result just spare us all the fight.

    Boxing in the UK is going to slowly die on its arse with all the big events moving onto Saudi whilst the crumbs off the table are left here at ticket prices beyond their true worth.

    I have thought it for a while. Boxing will become a seasonal sport. October - March. Nobody will want to fight outside that timeframe and jeopardise a Saudi payday during Riyadh season
