Foreman: 6'3", 78.5" reach, 220 lbs Usyk: 6'3", 78" reach, 223.5 lbs Very similar sized men give or take a 1/2".
Usyk is all wrong for Foreman. Foreman struggled against skilled movers like Ali and Young, and he wouldn't be able to bully Usyk the way he did with smaller fighters. Usyk’s footwork and movement would give Foreman fits, and his excellent cardio would allow him to capitalize on Foreman’s gas tank issues. Usyk’s chin is solid enough to absorb any shots that get through. I see Usyk outboxing Foreman, beating him to the punch, and either scoring a late stoppage once Foreman fades or winning a clear decision.
I love Foreman and I think he is the best ever against other punchers, but he'd be lost fighting Usyk, and one punch ain't going to get him out of it like with Moorer.
Have to agree with the majority of above. Usyk is the worst possible opponent - ever for a prime Foreman. But, I can see Foreman trying to big man Uysk and making the fight competitive, if Chisora and AJ could - I'd defo still give Foreman a chance here but I think Usyk gets the decision here.
