If they can get Perry Cale or James White to handle the intro's, there's a big chance that those in attendance (Read; those on weekend detention) will not sleep through the whole show :D

But it is Tassie & as long as there is no Bob Brown & the tree huggers having a ho-down, they're bound to get some stragglers. :lol::lol:

**** I can be cruel:lol::lol::lol:

Foxsport are advertising Mundine as the main event?

You would think, being in Tassie that Geale would be the main event.

Anyway Mundine's fight against Geale was his last in Australia apparently :roll:

Geale-Reuque Oct 21!
Mundine also in action

By Ray Wheatley–World of Boxing
Australia’s Daniel Geale (21-1, 13 KOs) will return to ring action on October 21st when he will clash with Roberto Reuqeu (30-3, 19 KOs) of Argentina over twelve rounds with the IBF Pan Pacific title up for grabs at the Silverstone Complex, Launceston, Tasmania that will be televised on Fox Main Event Television. Geale lost a disputed decision to Anthony Mundine when the general opinion was that Geale had outscored the former WBA super middleweight champion. Geale’s opponent, Roberto Reuque, has been in the ring with several world class middleweights including Renan St Juste in 2009, Sebastain Lujan in 2006 and Walter Mathysse in 2005. He has a very good KO percentage with 19 KOs in 33 fights.
Geale’s manager Bill Treacy said.”Reuque will be a good test for Daniel after his fight with Mundine. We tried to get world rated middleweights Billy Lyell and Daniel Edouard but they declined substantial offers to come to Australia to fight Daniel. We are confident Geale will defeat Reuque but we are not taking him lightly. He has a good record and he has knockout power. Graham Shaw has Geale in great shape and I am sure he will be impressive on October 21″.

Also in action world class junior middleweight Robert Medley (26-2, 17 KOs) and light heavyweight Daniel Baff (11-1) who scored a knockout on the Green vs Dominguez bout in Biloxi, Missisippipi, USA. Promoter Bill Teacy.

Guess it'll be a balance of ego and money that'll decide who ultimately fights last. They might mix the order in the various billing for the card, but gut feeling says that Mundine will insist on his being the final bout.

I think it will be the same as when Green and Mundine fought on the same card.....lots of talk about Danny being the main but Mundine ended up taking it.

Mundine does have some balls doing this again after being pelted with bottles at the show in Perth.....one would think the same thing will be on again in tazzy with Marcus warming up his throwing arm before the fight with a dozen beers :yep

Interesting that Geale is going the IBF way.....I wonder if he wins this would it put him as a mandatory for Sylvester as position 1 and 2 under the champ are vacant.

I wanted Mundine to fight Roman who sits in position 3 and the winner fight Sylvester as I think both Mundine and Geale would beat Sylvester.

How can Mundine be a joke....he just schooled your fighter...now Mundine will be the main event fighting a tin can while geale gets the slops fighting a better fighter and all this in Geales home town :lol:
