Main event is up first, in the British FNF tradition.

Round 1 of 12, in a WBC super bantamweight title eliminator

Victor Terazzas (who's apparently done quite a bit of sparring with Toshiaki Nishioka) comes out to meet Munroe center ring and begins to pop a jab from a floating elbow. A lot of movement from Terazzas, head and arm fakes. Rendall Munroe staring him down and bobbing, getting outjabbed a bit but trying to time his own right jab over Terazzas' left. Munroe backed up by a 1-2 that hits his gloves. They continue to swat at each other with jabs. Terazzas sneaks in a few power punches toward the end of the round, mostly downstairs.

    10-9 Terazzas

    Round 2

Terazzas leads and lands. Munroe keeps his face well covered and tries to jab Terazzas on his way out. Terazzas lands a good combination, a hook to the temple followed by a straight right down the pipe. Munroe takes it well. Terazzas bosses Munroe around the ring with his sharp jab. Munroe moves his head to avoid one of these jabs (after several land) and catches Terazzas at the tail end of a straight left.

Better Munroe round, but still Terazzas' - now up 20-18

    Round 3

Terazzas chases Munroe around and jabs at his upheld gloves. The crowd doesn't like what they're seeing, and let it be known loudly. Munroe begins to make an attempt to get off first while Terazzas is feinting, opening up with single and double right jabs followed by a telegraphed left. Terazzas dodges and/or picks off and counterpunches every Munroe attack. Munroe doubles a jab and Terazzas simply flicks it aside with his lead hand and crashes Munroe back with the right from the rear.

    30-27 Terazzas

    Round 4

Terazzas is becoming more aggressive now. He flurries at Munroe and then ducking away to get in position to slap away Munroe's slow counterattacks. Munroe potshots and misses from outside, and clinches Terazzas when the smaller man gets inside with his faster hands moving.

Bad rabbit punch from Munroe while Terazzas was ducking down directly after Terazzas had landed an uppercut in his chest.

It isn't clear if the ref gave a penalty warning there.

    Another 10-9 Terazzas round.

On the replay, the ref did speak to Munroe.

    40-36

    Round 5

Munroe lands a hard lead left on Terazzas' chin. Terazzas with a little less bounce in his step now. Munroe coming forward and punching with Terazzas now. Terazzas getting off two or three to every one thrown by Munroe, but Munroe is obviously stronger and thus holding his own in the exchanges. Another lead left to the chin smashes Terazzas into the ropes as he was arising from a crouch. They clinch and struggle to infight but neither can get an arm loose long enough to find any torque. Terazzas shoeshines and clings when they separate. Munroe squeezes him in a bear hug and patiently times one or two big shots between frequent clinches.

    10-9 Munroe

    49-46 Terazzas

    Round 6

Both men come out punching and collapse into an immediate clinch. Munroe gets a stern finger-wagged-in-the-face warning for something (Sky announcers don't comment on it). Munroe roughing it up now, pushing Terazzas into the ropes with his right arm and squaring his feet to leverage into big left uppercuts. Terazzas in trouble, getting hit through his guard, despite head and upper body movement, he can't escape firing range from Munroe. They exchange crisp body shots and Terazzas surprises Munroe with an uppercut of his own to the chin off the ropes. Munroe landing the harder more plentiful shots, but a brave effort from Terazzas and he survives the round after spending a majority of it getting hammered on the ropes.

    10-9 Munroe

    58-56 Terazzas

    Round 7

Terazzas, looking a bit desperate, begins to fire full-tilt, looping shots from the hip. Munroe is not respecting Terazzas' power and is advancing with his earmuffs on and reaching out to touch leather to flesh whenever close enough. Munroe scoring points to the body but they aren't damaging blows. Terazzas goes defensive-minded and begins to crouch away quickly after shorter volleys of punches than he was throwing before. Munroe again times his rise from the crouch as he nears the ropes and lunges in with a lead left that again finds a home. More clinching and rough stuff from Munroe. With a few second left Terazzas finds his back to the ropes and Munroe hammers him with a beaut of an uppercut but has to relent at the bell.

    10-9 Munroe

    67-66 Terazzas
