Sal Sanchez vs. Tomas Villa up first! They're both in the ring. :good

 

Round 1

Villa comes right at him, jabbing. Sanchez moves and defends. Nice short right hand from Sanchez. Villa works the lead right in lieu of his jab, popping it out in succession, and then puts them both together. Sanchez slips him off the ropes, and works three and four punch combinations off the lateral step. Villa reaches with the right hand, almost using it as a jab as his right foot winds up in front, halfway into a southpaw stance. Sanchez not looking to engage, moving his head and upper body as well as his feet. Villa back to orthodox, trying to plant a hook in the afro of Sanchez.

Sanchez might have just been flat outworked there.

 

Not for a couple of hours, the PPV just started.

 

Round 2

Villa stalking, jabbing. Sanchez prancing, rope-a-dopeing a bit. Sanchez caught by a right and elicits a sympathetic "ooh" from the crowd. Sanchez now more or less running circles around Villa. Villa walks him into a corner and throws both fists with abandon, headhunting. Sanchez punches out, and begins to straighten up, fighting tall, jabbing from long range. Sanchez now slipping Villa's attacks as he gets close and working the body simultaneously.

Even, 19-19

 

**** you Boom. You've seen all of two rounds of him, against a dangerous opponent (and he knows it). He's looked decent in other fights, if you bothered to check on Youtube.
