    Round 1

Lara comes out very relaxed, almost lazy in his stride and delivery of his right jab. Correia fires straight jabs and right hands at Lara but finds him a slippery target. Lara slipping well using simply upper body movement, still looking very relaxed. A couple of fast counters stop Correia in his tracks. Lara leans away from Correia's jab and then comes in on him with a left to the body as Correia recoils. Lara suddenly explodes with a flurry pushing Correia to the ropes after blocking a short sequence and driving Correia to the edge of the ring with straight lefts to the body and right hooks to the chin. Lara pins him on the adjacent ropes and drops him with a few more well-placed shots. Correia is ready to go within moments but Lara sets him up with the right jab and splashes him with right hands delivered from multiple angles, all with stinging impact. Correia pushes himself up but is in no shape to go on.

Rick Lopez vs. Derrick Wilson now.

    Round 1

Wilson striking fast and hard with left jabs from the hip and lead hooks, his stance very loose. Lopez hops around on his toes behind a peekaboo. Wilson jabs high, crosses low and then brings a fat hook around to crash into Lopez's head as he's still thinking about the 1-2. Wilson calm and confident enough to adjust his trunks even as he's walking forward on Lopez. Wilson spins Lopez around and across the ring out of a clinch. Wilson loops a huge right hand into the face of Lopez who goes down hard. Wilson follows with a hard lead right and a hook but the bell rings.

    10-8 Wilson.

    Round 2

Wilson gives chase with a series of hooks, then stalks after Lopez in a low crouch, his face brazenly sticking out. Lopez steps cautiously out and around. Wilson follows him in the crouch. Lopez smacks him with a right hand in close before Wilson can fully rise. Wilson fires the jab but Lopez is keeping wide of him, occasionally rushing in and trying to pop him quickly with single shots on the way by. A few clinches result.

    Round 3

Lopez shifting in and out, jabbing but not staying close with Wilson. Lopez is pushed into a corner and the ref breaks them out. Wilson counters a leaping jab with an upward left hook. Lopez eating counters and just swarming all over Wilson now. Wilson with his back to the ropes. Wilson walks Lopez back out to the clear space with his jab. Lopez now circles quickly, falling in only briefly to potshot. Wilson watches and follows him but doesn't press. They trade body shots at the bell

    Round 4

Lopez now leading with chopping right hands and keeping well away from Wilson once he's done with his business, all one-and-done. Wilson is just turning as Lopez circles him, hands at his sides, showing no urgency. Lopez meets his intermittent rushes halfway and they become a mess of forearms and leather.

This was looking like another blowout early, but it's actually evened up. Wilson's just giving rounds away.

    Round 5

Wilson now back to business with some thudding hooks over the gloves of Lopez, and picks his imaginary coat-pocket with a right hand when Lopez tries to rush and grab. Wilson slipping the rushes of Lopez and countering him effectively but not with great power. Lopez slaps to the body with his left and tries to bring his right around behind Wilson's ear but not planting it square. They tangle up in the corner and get broken up. Wilson intercepts the next rush and grab attempt and pumps his fist up into the chest of Lopez. Wilson now back to jabbing from his hip.

    Round 6

Lopez lunging with right hands now, trying to score a money punch. Wilson is not putting his hands up, but is jabbing to discourage the lunges and and leaping out of harm's way when Lopez ignores the jab. Wilson grabs Lopez with one hand and taps him on the side of the head with the other. Lopez shuffles toward him and brings some slapping right hands across, but Wilson blocks most of it. They end up in the corner again and Lopez goes for broke, while Wilson simply covers up.

Majority Decision goes to Derrick Wilson.
