I went to the Mayweather v Hatton fight and the MGM Bar in the hotel actually ran dry, i think us British drink a bit too much ha

 

It is impressive, knowing full well that most of these guys won't even be watching in the MGM itself. I dont think I'd be the type to bother flying thousands of miles, spending a ton of money in the process just to see the weigh-in and then the fight on closed-circuit. These guys are hardcore dedicated.

 

I just saw a clip of the end of Mayweather-Hatton and I was proud to hear the support and the brits singing to show their appreciation for Hatton even after being knocked out.

Thats amazing. The British just love a good night out though, and this is a night out for them. If they can afford it, why not? They see Hatton as one of them so they follow.
