Ya thats right keep it in the center of the ring. The guy said it in a matter of fact way too. The way team Cotto is talking about fighting, the confidence they have in themselves is very interesting, and I look forward to hearing more from Diaz on 24/7. We will hopefully get a clearer picture of his strategy....He is pretty cagey though and probably won't give away much more.

Is he training to get in shape or training to beat Mayweather? There's a big difference between the two....

 

there are different stages of training
you start with general work, overall fitness, strength etc. then you turn that into 'special' force, be it explosive or anything else
