It was okay. Ward is well rehearsed in front of the camera, he's a calculated guy. Dawson is a plank though. 24/7 only works when there is a villain i.e. Mayweather.
Their doesn't have to be a villan, it's just has to be entertaining. Both guys do the talking in the ring thus it was just too serious, nobody was cracking jokes or at least trying to get the viewer interested. 24/7 needs to change the format IMO each match up (eg. Mayweather/Cotto, Chavez/Martinez, Dawson/Ward) should have it's on unique feel and theme in it's entirety. Like Legendary Nights for example. Even though it's more documentary style. It won't hurt to change it.
Ward seems like a good guy, but he is way too cheesy. He needs a new hobby, like drunk driving, call girls, or blow.
