Well, Lewis was unmotivated at times but still only lost 2x and came back both times to get revenge. He is 1 of the very few heavyweights that beat every fighter he faced. If anyone could beat everyone it’s Lewis.

No, Lennox didn't have a glass chin. His chin was far from great, but definitely not glass.

Wlad, BTW, didn't have a glass chin either.

If you want to find really glass chins among HW world champions, watch Oleg Maskaev and Herbie Hide. Compared to them Lewis and Wlad had unbreakable chins

    Don't agree.

Holmes got up too quickly and fell into the ropes but he was walking fine after that.

Lewis also got up too quickly but couldn't stand up in a straight line he wobbled side to side atleast 3 times and that was atleast 10 seconds after getting knocked down.

Could Lewis of recovered ? Who knows. But if you're staggering from left to right and can't walk in a straight line then you're not really giving the referee much choice.

I really wish people would leave glass chin talk to the experts. As the world's preeminent authority on chin science and punch resistance, and of course as one of the resident ESB Chin Checkers, I'm far more qualified to speak on this matter than anyone on here sans my fellow esteemed ESB Chin Checkers of course

If you get one punch sparked out cold or ironed out in the midst of your prime, by fighters your size or in this instance smaller, in your first and only weight class, you by definition are packing glass, let alone twice by a rag and bone man and a chiropractor

So it was a 1 in 2 chance or 1 in a million?

    Math sure is tricky.

I don't think Lewis had a glass jaw. Though it definitely wasn't iron. The Rahman loss was because he was overconfident and unprepared. That IMO was Lewis's biggest weakness ... Overconfidencee. He showed in the rematch what he could have done the first time round - and imagine if he had? Would the glass jaw accusation still stand?

Well thank the God's Usyk has a decent chin, because his defense sucks compared to the best and gets hit extremley often. That's against bums like chisora, bellew, breidis, Joshua and obese Fury

Imagine he had real competition for his very few ranked wins?

Usyk has both a great chin and great defence.

Other fights don't support the idea that Lennox had a glads jaw. Certainly wasn't iron, but not glads.
