i saw pics of him from the weigh in...i barely recognized him....the poor guy must have needed some quick cash....looks like he might be on drugs i dunno....to lose by that wide of a UD in your backyard to a journeyman....sad
I was referring to the fact you put Lacy's resume over Ward's... and suggesting that you'd rate Lacy's resume above the man who got dominated by Ward. Nevermind. That's one side of his story. The other side involves two dominations at the hand of guys who never should have been champions in a division where you say talent was abundant... Beyer & Lucas. As far as I'm concerned, and as a side note, I thought the cards of Beyer-Lucas were ****. I'll even add that Beyer never could have KO'ed Catley the way Lucas did after getting TKO'ed by him. ...but not convincingly. Wooah... I respectfully disagree. Lucy didn't solution Tsypko at all IMO, where as Andrade was just too much pressure. Sure. Regardless... Manfredo lost twice to Mora at MW, went to SMW and wasn't able to accomplish anything, went back to MW where he knows he can't compete with the best. Worse, and worst. Come on man... what did he expose exactly? My point is that the guy was an actual bum, far from being worth mentioning in a resume argument. Beat Menefee, yeah.. biggest win at the time! And had been dropped early once! Again, Sheika and Manfredo to back it up... I'm not buying it. They don't contribute enough to add up to beat a domination of Kessler. Andre Ward. I said it before. Here it is again: Andre Ward.
Its a nice little cop-out to say Calzaghe had anything to do with his poor performance but this is likely the reality.
