Eddie is hoping that England win their group. They would play at 5.00pm vs a 3rd place team from groups - A, C or D

The 8.00pm game is bound to be Spain. However they could meet Wales, Ireland or Sweden (Zlatan). That could pull a lot of viewers away.

High risk having a PPV in the middle of the Euros. Tyson fought at Hampden Park during the Euros and it flopped

Yeah but to pay £18 @ 10.00pm after a night of top sport is big ask

If England come 3rd, I believe they play at 8pm on the 25th.

That would be a nightmarish scenario for Sky & Matchroom. If the match went to extra time and penalties it would actually overrun past the Joshua fight.

In that instance I could see this being the lowest selling PPV in SBO history.

Loads of people will be down the pub so will surely just carry on drinking and watch it there.

The buys will suffer, the number of people watching it less so, though how you properly measure that is beyond me.

Costs pubs far more so if pubs do go down that route sky will make loads

It's a fixed cost based on the square footage of the location I believe so it'd be the same cost regardless.

Would more pubs show the fight? Not overly sure.

Froch v Groves cost £250 for a pub to buy SBO. I suspect this fight will cost around the same. Punters will be in there for the football. They would need to sell a lot of extra beer between 10-11 to make it pay this night. Other nights there was no competition to the boxing

Most pubs have chipped boxes. If they don't they take their own sky box from home and pay the normal £17

I am not sure that this is within Eddie's business plan for 25 June😳
