Not hard to believe. He did beat emmanuel before. Seeing is believing.

According to google trend searches, philipines is on a boxing frenzy right now. Your country had the highest number of searches not only for Floyd but Sugar Ray Robinson, Sugar Ray Leonard, Thomas Hearns, Bernard Hopkins, etc.

if you can just browse this forum before, when floyd was demanding every kind of **** (60-40 split and moving his cut-off demnads) some joyboys are actually bringing in the money figure to excuse floyd. most fan here don't care about what both are getting as long as this fight gets made but some joyboys would prefer not seeing this fight if floyd won't get more.

now pacquiao is ranked ahead of floyd as of now in ATG category. some have him as high as 20 while other have him at 30. so it is not quite impossible for some to exxagerate this and ahve him at their top 10. it's ridiculous to say that floyd is top 10 now given that he has much weaker resume and achievement compared to pac.

We know he can be beaten. He already got KTFO.

The intimidation factor, entering the rematch was "can he actually beat this guy this time?"

    Not actual fear.

Floyd, we know he's good, and he'll probably box well. If Pac loses, he loses.

About the online search thing.. You got to realise, the internet has become super inexpensive now in the country. Literally every town has at least 1 internet cafe. Most places have one cafe every street.

And it costs US$30 cents an hour to rent a PC.

Anybody can browse the web now. A little kid can rent a PC for 1 hour, and he'd still have some of his lunch money left.

That doesnt include the people who have internet at home.

I thought it was impressive that philipines out searched every other country when it comes to some famous boxers.

I don't really know. Been a couple of years since I entered a music store, and longer, since I actually bought a CD.

You can download any song on the net now, look around a little.

i am fine as long as pac accepts it. but not if floyd is suddenly moving the goal post yet again when the negotiations are settled the first time around. as it is, i saw joyboys like you arguing for floyd's part when it seems that him asking for 60% or more will break the negotiations of the fight.

so do you think floyd should not accept 50% for this fight and just fight khan?

AS A BOXING FAN, I think Floyd needs to go beat up pacquiao soon, so everyone can shut up and live in peace.

What Floyd actually does though is up to him. Boxing fans can't control whether a fighter will fight for 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, etc. I know Floyd walked away from an Oscar rematch because he wasn't happy with a purse split. It'll suck if he does it again but life goes on.

but you can voice it over in boxing forrums and sites. the thing is floyd knew that he still has fans like you who will support whatever he does so he do what he does. if you guys just say, to hell with those purse splits and a-side meth allegations and just fight pacquiao, then floyd might think twice going on vacation and instead give us the fight that we really wants and not amir khan as you joyboys are trying to hype.

    Ali Foreman - 65,432

    Ali Liston 2 - 2,434

Mayweather De La Hoya - 17,078

    Tyson Spinks - 21,785

    Pacquaio Hatton - 16,262

Pacquaio Clottey - 50,994 (largest indoor attendance in boxing history)

So I would say the 27k is very good for two weeks before the bout

As it gets closer they'll lower ticket prices or give some away to fill the stadium. It looks back if it doesn't sell out.
