Floyd wasn't 100% when offered that fight.

But why hasn't Arum offered Floyd a fight when Floyd supposely isn't interested.

That never stopped him in the Margo fight.


And, why has Arum changed his tune, he use to say, Floyd doesn't want the fight, Floyd is definitly not interested. Then in his most recent interview states "I doubt Floyd is interested"

So basically, he has no clue if Floyd wants the fight or not, he's never even tried to talk to him or his promoter about it.

How is Floyd (the universally recognized undisputed WW champ) is scared of the #1 contender, Cotto?

He didn't become champion from being scared of someone ... Cotto can't just get a fight with a man just because he asks for it ... Floyd has taken his game to another level and now Cotto must prove himself and work his way up by fighting other contenders to see who's more deserving.

Arum is still salty he lost Floyd a couple of years ago ... He knows that Cotto isn't the fighter that Floyd is ... you see when Arum talks about Cotto he doesn't use the same comparisons or words that he used when he talked about Floyd.

Yeah Floyd turned down 8 mill to fight Margarito for a meaning less title -- and turned around and made more to fight Baldomir for the, lineal, legitament, universally recognized undisputed WW championship of the world ... There was nothing to gain out of a fight w/ Margarito ... and you see soon thereafter that talk, Margarito loss to Paul Williams, and we haven't heard that Floyd ducking Margarito **** since ...

Hell if anything it hurt Margarito's career and Arum's cred for calling Mayweather and losing ... all around the boxing community fans were saying that Margarito was a fraud, he was overrated, he had no skill, he was this, he was that, and also said that he shouldn't even had called Floyd out to begin with.

Now you will see the same thing happen to Cotto very soon ... either to Gomez or Margarito.
