    Mike Jones is fighting?

He's got journeyman of the year written all over him.

Damn, there are a lot of nice prospects on this undercard that people are going to miss if they just wait to watch the main events on HBO!

Yordanis Ugas (Cuban who looked good on the Lara-Lee undercard)

Mickey Bey Jr. (lightweight who's been impressing for a while; competition has been up and down but performances are consistent)

"Mile High" Mike Alvarado (already has a few really nice wins and is ready to leap from prospect to contender; is taking a tuneup before his April showdown with fellow unbeaten Vernon Paris on the Lopez-Salido card in PR)

Mark Jason Melligen (maybe the 5th or 6th best fighter out of the Philippines at the moment, and matched pretty tough against Gabriel Martinez who made it eleven rounds before retiring due to an eye injury in his only loss, to Saul Alvarez)

This would all be a nice TV card unto itself.

I'd love to stay up and watch all the undercard fights but if I don't sleep for a while now, I'll be dead all tomorrow!

I've been spoilt already with some good action from the UK bouts!

    Mike Alvarado vs. Dean Harrison

I missed the first round, thanks to endless buffering. According to the commentators the 1st and 2nd have been pretty similar.

    Round 2

Alvarado is firing nice jabs and working in short, compact combination. Harrison is standing close and trying to catch him with his own slower jabs while turning in the pocket.

    10-9 Alvarado
