It was a tough fight, glad Povetkin seems to be in a much better shape than he was few years ago when he would gas in 3 rounds.
Yes, it was an impressive victory and the better overall fighter won. But you'd almost wished Takam had won since he'd stand a better chance at taking the torch once Wlad retires. And FTR..... Either Takam or Potvektin both annihilate Stiverne/Wilder/Jennings.:thumbsup
atsch Stiverne KO's Takam cold if he lands clean, Arreola had more proven chin than Takam (Perez and old Thompson don't have Tyson's or Wlad's power). Gregory Toney knocked down Takam with left-right combination, watch the highlights. Jennings isn't bad, too. You obviously dislike North Americah HW's.
I was a Jennings fan before he made his ascent......... Im a fan of Stiverne. I don't really like Potvetkin, but his CV is second to only Wlad since the GOAT retired in 03.:nono
You meant to say 3rd next to Wlad and Vitali. Vitali is better H2H and has deeper resume, same quality of opposition, but far more wins. Vitali quality wins - Hide, Kirk Johnson, Sanders, Danny Williams fresh off Tyson KO, Peter, Arreola, Gomes (=Takam), Adamek, Chisora, Solis also - Sullivan, Hoffman, Kevin Johnson, Charr, Sosnovski, old Briggs Povetkin quality wins - Chambers, Huck (controversial), Chagaev, Takam also - old Byrd, old Donald, old Boswell, Charr Wlad 1st. VItali 2nd. Pov 3rd.
Povetkin has been underrated by most of you clowns his whole career. He is the third best HW since Lennox retired and it is not even debatable.
maybe he does, or maybe you dislike russian hw's? i see povetkin beating anyone but wlad right now, myself.
