i dont know where i got it. I trained with pain until i was unable to walk, then i realised its something serious. Went on xrays and doctor said its stress fracture.

I had casket for 10 days. Then they wanted to put it on 3 weeks more, but i refused. I refused because of some college work i had to do and of course so i can train. I can punch bag, ride a room bicycle and swim but cant do any running (after 5m of running pain starts), rope skiping or lateral movement.

Month and half passed and its getting better but really slow. Anyone had something like this? How long did it take to heal? Do you have some advices for faster healing or will RICE method be enough?

    i`m desperate, please help :)

Get a 8" by metre long log. Start by sitting down while rolling it, both feet together, then standing with one leg, roll it with the other. Do it bare footed adding pressure as you go.

It will help to maintain the mechanics of the lower leg, and knee, when sat down.
