More like 14 days isn't enough for Pacquiao to recover from a blood test? I though Roach said he only feels weak for 3-4 days?

Floyd has gave in the Pacs penalty for coming in over the weight limit.

Floyd has gve in to Pacs demand for the gloves used.

Floyd is triyng to compromise on his demand of random blood testing.

WTF has Pac done? He's basically set the exact tests for every blood test and who will be taking the blood test and if Floyd wont give in to that exact demand he's so quick to jump ship to another fight and these mindless sheep around here are hanging on every word out of Pacs camp like its the word of god.

Floyd would have to go through the same exact tests so what are you crying about? Pac's refusal alone smells of foul play. Money has exposed Pacquiao to the world for what he really is.

Why don't you take your ass to the NSAC's site and read how tests are FUNDED?

If you do you will see that either the commission or the promoter PAYS for the testing. To force all fights to testing of this magnitude would be IMPOSSIBLE as the sport can't support it no matter how EFFECTIVE it is. It would also push fights OUT of Nevada due to no other commission testing that extensively and expensively. To petition the NSAC on something that they can in no way agree to is pointless.

Is here any Pac fan here with half a brain? :???:

You guys notice the Klingon bone lol. Anyway.. Widdow is just mad is that NOW people are paying attention to steroids in boxing and he is scared for some of his favorite fighters might get exposed as well with this kind of testing. We all know some have a history of doping and getting caught with the Olympic style testing. The pros you can dope yourself silly.

 So you're saying put this in place just for Pacquiao. What happened to sportsmanship?

    MEDICAL ADVISORY BOARD
Because Nevada believes that the safety and health of the contestants must be of paramount importance, the state legislature created a Medical Advisory Board to assist and advise the Commission.

The board duties include preparing and submitting to the Commission appropriate standards for the physical and mental examination of contestants, advising the Commission as to the physical or mental fitness of a contestant and recommending physicians to be licensed as ringside physicians for the Commission.

The Medical Advisory Board also prepares and submits recommendations for revisions in the law necessary to protect the health of the contestants in Nevada. However, the board can only make recommendations to the Commission. The Commission must vote to adopt the recommendations of the board for the recommendations to go into effect.
