You know what I'm expecting Sunday Morning???? posts like "margarito is past his prime" "margarito had an off night" "margarito was never good" "margarito overtrained" "Floyd would DeSTROY Cotto" etc.

Why do people always bet against Cotto then find an excuse after he takes home a win???

Margarito fans are putting all their money on their boy's Chin and stamina, which is A MISTAKE. Anyone can see that Margarito is going to get hit A LOT, and you don't have to get knocked out, to get knocked out of the fight, ask abdulaev or Branco. Margarito cuts, and swells just like anyone else and when his face tells a tale of a warrior who just doesn't know when to quit someone will step in put an end to the beating.

    Cotto TKO 11

This is a good point. I don't see Cotto putting Tony on the canvas, but Margario does cut, and I can't think of a current fighter whose opponents looked more like they'd just been fed through the meat grinder than Cotto. Cotto may not have one punch KO power but he busts guys up. Remember Malignaggi's face? Judah's? How Branco had to quit because Cotto has busted his shoulder up?

"Three days until Margo fans look for some reason to rationalise the result of of Margo's slow, painful decimation at the hands of a much more skilled boxer. " :D

Margo's only chance is to stand off,try to work off the jab, and counter Cotto on the way in. That ain't his style. And, unless he crosses up the world, I don't see him trying that approach in this fight.

Give Cotto the chance to box, and he'll excel. Make him pressure you, and you've got the chance to burn him out, and catch him with something big.

    Not happening in this fight.

    Cotto KO 10.

Margarito isnt accurate at all. He lands at about 15% to 20% a fight. That means out of the 1000 punches that he will throw only about 200 land. Cotto will cut that activity in half with his superior defense and body punching. Lets see how accurate Margarito is when Cotto makes him throw 500 to 600 punches in the fight. Its going to be a Cotto domination. Just be here on Saturday and take it like a man.

Your the same guy that picked Judah, Mosley and Gomez to beat Cotto.

Right on the money. Cotto's an excellent figther, a warrior with a ton of heart. But he just doesn't have the whiskers to take the punches of a full-fledged, hard-hitting welter like Margarito. The way his fans talk, he's unbeatable, so they will be in for a very rude awakening when he hits the canvas for the final time in the late rounds Saturday. In a way, I feel a bit sorry for the true believers who invest everything in one fighter. When their bubble gets burst, it gets burst bigtime. That's what's gonna happen to the Cotto nuthuggers in a couple of days.

    Margarito TKO 10

The main problem for Tony right here is that he has to get himself going for it, sort of warm up and sharpen up/straighten his punches... And that takes time and a whole lot of punches taken while he's warming up. It took 4 rounds and many left hooks, double and triple left hooks taken from Clottey, it took 4 to 5 rounds and so many 1-2-3s (right jab-str8 left-right hook to da body or to da head) against Williams... Margo will have trouble eating so much heavy hitting from Cotto so he'll have to start out fast... But then, Tony has to push his opponent to get in position to load up with left hooks and left uppercuts... And the uppercut should be efficient against Cotto who keeps his arms extremelly high and wide apart with those broad shoulders of his... Question is how can Margarito get in position to unleash on Cotto without taking countershots?
