I have more or less the same predictions as McVey. Ortiz is probably too old to deal with Wilder right now, even though I'm cheering for him. Wilder KO AJ-Ruiz I am likewise undecided. Cheering for Ruiz, but I slightly - and I mean slightly - favour AJ to win. Povetkin is probably also too old at this point to beat Hunter. Cheering for him, but I think Hunter likely wins on points.
Not the biggest Wilder fan but I think he takes Ortiz out late, round 10. I got Ruiz Jr. winning by TKO, and Povetkin gets the W vs Hunter SD.
Ortiz KO2 Wilder. The old man corrects all his mistakes from the first fight and takes the windmiller out in a quick and devastating fashion. Ruiz KO5 Joshua. Actually undecided yet but currently leaning towards repeat instead of revenge. Hunter KO Povetkin. Povetkin is done and was already ready to retire a year ago. Can't see him winning or lasting the distance at this level.
Wilder v Ortiz A BS fight. How old is Ortiz now? Wilder should win, and needs to look good doing it. The last fight was very close and Orti was past it then. Prime for Prime Ortiz would win, but this is modern heavyweight boxing with the champions picking old men, or people who were not very good to begin with. Ruiz v Joshua. If Ruiz fights the same way, he should win. If he lets Joshua get his jab going and Joshua clinches and plays it safe, Joshua will win. A hard fight to call, but by round three if Ruiz isn't going, I'll go with Joshua on points. Much depends on Joshua mental strength and heart which looked weak in the last fight. Povetkin v Hunter Hunter isn't that good, and Povetkin who was good is now very old ( Age 40 )> Hunter on points is the pick. 304 years ago, Povetkin dusts him.
