As of right now Chagaev seems the only one with the ring generalship and durability enough to take a W over WALD. Even everyone's beloved Povetkin isn't showing me anything that could give Wladimir any trouble.

Its true, Wlads last couple of openents were practically punching bags for Wlad. Theres not many real heavywieghts out there that are willing to take a punch to give one anymore, its a sad heavywieght division now adays.

Assuming Klitschko performs at his best and does not panic when confronted with an opponent who comes to fight.

Even if WALD panics, his skill is advanced enough that he can still manage to pull out a win. Just ask Samuel Peter. :yep

Peter ran out of gas after the 5th round and allowed Klitschko to regain his composure. He was not so lucky against Brewster and Sanders.

Peter was still punching all the way through the 12 round with authority. That simply isn't true.

Peter is just an overrated rabbit puncher which is where 2 of the 3 knockdowns came from and WALD wasn't hurt from the 3rd one whatsoever.

Name one other fighter that has been down 3 times in a fight that wasnt hurt, of course he was hurt. Shouldnt the excessive clinching give it away, thats stop being Delusional and admit Wlad was hurt and was able to overcome it and win the match by UD.

He was clinching to avoid a potentially big shot. As for the 3 knockdowns.. is it out of the question that he was knocked off balance, or no? :huh

I think balance had to do with one of the knockdowns, but he was definitely hurt during that fight as was Peter the one time. I just get mad when people make fun of Peter when he got dropped 3 times against Mccline, but Wlad was put down like 12 times in his career I believe and also floored by lesser oppenents than Mccline.

People make fun of Peter because he was perceived to be this and that when he obviously isn't, and from the looks of things Peter was believing his own hype as well.

Thats true, and that was part of the reason he was put down 3 times against Mccline. Every fighter is very beatable in the heavywieght division, even Wlads one punch away from being ***** street himself, but he is infact the best of the batch and until someone beats him it will stay that way.

Obviously he wasn't hurt, I mean you can tell when someone is flash knocked down or seriously hurt and he was neither. He didn't wobble, stumble or anything when he got up.

You'd go down to if some big black mofo hit you in the back of your head 50 times in one fight.

Why the hell did he take a knee during the fight if he wasnt hurt, and why was the holding he was doing turn more excessive after he got hit by a good punch from Peter? There has never been a fighter in the history of heavywieght boxing that was down at least 3 times and wasnt hurt, you are sir are extremely delusional.

Clinching to some respect is part of boxing. He wasn't excessively holding. I disagree, I don't recall him taking a knee during the fight sorry, just been a while since I saw it, but I don't recall him being ever in danger of being close to counted out.
