I would love to see it, but he needs a couple years he still too green to get in there with Wlad. Wlad is beatable, his chin will be exposed again for all to see, I hope its soon.

    I dunno...even then you'd think Wlad would have to be a -350.

Exactly why does he have to fight much less meaningful fights for "a couple years" before taking on Wlad? He has great amateur experience/pro skills and is very comfortable and calm in the ring for a boxer with just 13 fights. Who knows what will happen to Wlad in 2 years while Povetkin is slowly rising by beating the Virchis' and Thompson's of the world? The opportunity is there next year and beating Klitschko would be a huge way to introduce himself to the casual HBO watching boxing fans. Would the 2 years benefit him in some ways? Yes. Would taking the fight in less than a year be a WAY bigger challenge? No.

DORF - Diamond Ordinance Radiation Facility, many thnx 4 ur compliments... It amazes me how can you find me socially inept, boring and silly just looking at my avatar though. And I don't post outrageous messages to bait people to answer even if I am perceived as an intellectual troll... But replyin straight to your trolling question, what would make me horny as a motha f***er at the moment is that you would show urself, Decker, so that we can develop our friendship :hey

McCall? He looked like a shot old geezer against Juan Gomez who easily outpointed him before he ran out of gas in the later rounds.
I bet my house that Gomez will beat him again in their upcomming rematch.
The old vet McCall would not be a match for Wlad IMO.

Valuev? Apart from his size and his excellent stamina he has no weapons to be worthy of Wlad's steel.

I for my part think that Povetkin has all the tools to beat Wlad.He probably has the best chance against the present version of Wlad.

I would also give Virchis a good shot against Wlad.
Virchis is a very limited boxer who cant hold a candle to Wlad in terms of skills.Nevertheless Virchis would be a serious threat to him due to his murderous firepower.Virchis can take out any present fighter any time of a fight. He is probably the biggest banger in the business right now.

There are plenty of nobodies in the heavyweight division: for example, Faruq Saleem and Billy Zumbrun.

And Audley "A-Force" Harrison would totally outclass Wlad. Harrison will be undisputed champion in 2008, after beating Guinn and Sprott in rematches.

I can Imagine the hugfest now.

It's Wlad who's the hugger now though.

    Povetkin
    Chagaev
    Valuev
    McCall

A couple of guys you all mentioned that I think will get starched badly:

Harrison - stop kidding me, this guy ain't going nowhere, period!
Golota - even McBride had him all shook up in the first round, think what Wladimir would do, yeah.. he would poleaxe him right out of there.
Ibragimov - This guy runs against Holyfield and Briggs, if he would run against Wladimir, he would run to lose, not to win.
Maskaev - The biggest shot out of this bunch to beat Wladimir.
Sanders - Does he even fight anymore?
Ruiz - Would be thoroughly outboxed and put on his ass by Wlad.
Haye - He's a cruiserweight, maybe he can go to heavyweight and fight someone like Toney, Ruiz or Mesi and look good, but I don't think he'll ever hang with Wladimir.
Virchis - Slow, but he's got a serious shot against Wladimir, I'd say 15%
Peter - I admire his heart and determination, but he's already lost to Wladimir and made no radical improvements that I know of, he's losing again.

Wladimir is beatable, no doubt about it, but it ain't happening anytime soon I'm afraid.

Golota is big enough to stand in there with wlad and his Jab will cause him serious problems. If Golota got out of the first round I think Andrew would win.
