Compubox only tells you the number of punches landed and not landed. The stats don't tell you the winner. It tells you nothing about who's landing the HARDER, MORE EFFECTIVE shots and who's truly winning the fight I've seen numerous fights where fighters land more punches and still lose. I've seen fights where fighters land a better percentage of their punches than their opponent and still lose. Compubox means nothing.
really? cause there's someone who thinks compubox is more reliable than these electronic gadgets...anyways, i'll try to use your reason and tell him.
If you hit me with 5 light jabs, and I hit you with ONE monster haymaker right hand and got you doing the chicken dance. Who wins in your view? Well compubox will tell you the 5 jabs won.
I think its better. More angles (usually two judges have it one way, while the 3rd is slightly off, because 2 jduges face each other, one judge faces a diff way.
