    You can only name 3 fighters? Come on now. Give me 5 at least. That's like saying "Nas is an awful rapper he's not even top 10. I have Lil Wayne and Chris Brown ahead of him and many more".

    And I cannot take anyone serious if they rank Rigondeaux and Golovkin over Kovalev and Ward. Rigondeaux is a great fighter but has one good name on his resume. Golovkin still doesn't have an elite name on his resume. Ward and Kovalev have top top wins on their resumes and fight the best guys.

    I m afraid that if you can't see that Rigo and loma and GGG..are all better than ward and Kovalev, there isn't much I can do for you, sorry.

    Desperate American fans and media lackeys like those clowns commentating last night clutching at straws and yearning for the old days will insist on elevating anyone with a pulse to star status these days. It's pathetic.

    1. Wouldn't call it a clear robbery but for me the wrong guy won here. 115-112 Kovalev imo
    2. It was a good fight belongs to the to 15 fights this year
    3. Both are clearly top 10 p4p. I have only Manny, Crawford, Gonzales, Lomachenko and Rigondeaux anhead of them

    Manny Rigo loma gonzo, GGG, many others too. Two limited guys past their prime last night. Ward has good skills, Kovalev good power, but neither are top 5. Barely top 10 if that.

    Watching that Eddie Hearn Interview, it was mentioned that Kathy Duva said after the fight that Kovalev injured his hand in July (presumably during the Chilemba fight ?? ) and that he may have re-injured it vs Ward.

    Kovalev won the fight but he had a lot more in him than that, he should have let the hands go more instead of trying to wrestle with the hugger......

    Duva looking for excuses. Real fighters don't make excuses. Ward broke his left hand against Froch and still gave him a one sided beating. You'll find a way always. Anyway, the injured hand story is 100% bs. It came from Duva for Christ sakes.

    But wait a second, didn't the Pacquiao shoulder injury technically come from Freddie Roach in the post fight interview. I don't recall Pacquiao using it as an excuse, and look what that turned into.

    The judges gave Kovalev the same number of rounds won vs Ward as 2 gave Froch against him lol

    It's different coming from a coach who actually knows what happens and an idiot promoter who's job is to defend their boxer at all times or else they're business is zilch.
