Cotto beat Quintana so easy, that if Quintana beats Williams it will really make Cotto look good.

This can and will be closer than people think. I am going to pick Williams by close MD.

Carlos is a very good boxer though, and he can definitely bang a bit so we will see. We may very well have 3 Puerto Rican WW champs come this saturday!!!!!

margo was made for williams, he was there right in front to be hit. quintana is much faster and will stick and move! be very competetive fight!

 

Cotto didnt win EASY:nono

Quintana had his moments and made Miguel miss from every angle:yep
He even made THE MISTAKE of taunting Cotto and wiggling his hip's:-(

Which gave Cotto a BULLS EYE and he took him out with body shots:good Cotto DID LOOK VERY GOOD THAT EVENING.

The difference in this fight, will be the power difference between Williams and Cotto. Williams power comes from the head shots, something thats very difficult to hit on CQ.

I've picked Quintana to win this but admit a bit of bias as a fan. Yet, as i said the differences in style between Williams and Cotto make this a much tougher and closer fight than MOST THINK!

 

:-( That would be cool....unfortunately Quintana isn't good enough to beat Williams....hell...Quintana couldn't beat Cotto so there isn't a chance in hell he'll pull the upset over Williams.

 

Oh man.....This fight won't be that close. It will be competitive early on but the pressure and relentlessness that Paul will dish out will take it's toll on the slick counter puncher. Carlos did "OK" against Cotto but you'll see a much more one sided affair against Paul. I see a late TKO...I agree that it might be a UD if Carlos hops on his bike, but he's a warrior...he'll try to take all PW dishes out.

 

sorry but PW is not relentless, and he doesnt have the punching power to KO quintana!

 

I agree.
Besides, who has he fought other than Marg.
Most of his fights have been against tomato cans with loosing records.
Quintana is a dam good fighter with really good skills.
And if Williams goes out there for the KO, he might get Kayo'd himself.

 

That would be something, but it ain't happening.
