That's exactly how it was though The CSAC went ahead & suspended Tony before the pads had been tested. Richerdson is known for pulling that caper complaining about opponents wraps but the CSAC acted more like the Keystone Kops suspending him before anything was proven. If they had indicted Tony for anything they'd have been laughed out of court & Tony would be a very rich man. When you boil it all down Tony;s good name & career were permanently tarnished for the terrible crime of
