According to Eddie Hearn ‏@EddieHearn believe it or not he is only a couple pounds heavier than at this stage for 147
he can be as heavy as he wants, it doesn't mean he can take a middleweight punch, let alone a golovkin punch, he'll also be slower with all the extra weight...
with the advances in science today and the drug testing agencies being around 10 steps behind the producers anything is possible
GGG fan here , but this is just a farce of a fight , there is no way Brook can bridge 2 divisions of weight just by being bigger. * He wont be accustomed to fight with the extra weight (be it muscles or not). * He wont be accustomed to be hit by a MW (And a strong one at that). * He wont be accustomed to fighting a different kind of fight where he doesnt have the size , its like a compeletly different fight from his carrer. the 3 above makes it a farce and an EASY win for GGG even if Brook does come at a good weight for his frame and will have similar size to GGG.
Brook is gonna be ****ed like every other heavy weight gainer who then has to lose it just to move up a few weight classes.
I always saw Brook moving up at least one weight class, he looked big to me. Kinda like Spence. Though obviously not two weightclasses instantly against a killer MW, so that doesn't mean, oh it's a good fight. Just saying if one day even without this fight Brook moved up to MW I wouldn't have been surprised at all.
Which is why I don't see it as a big deal when they get caught juicing. The majority of professional athletes use PEDs.
if anyone, it's the drug testing agencies who should be under fire for their policies, a while ago I'd be thinking "oh, fighter A was caught, the cheating scumbag" now, I just accepted it as a part of boxing, actually, any other sport where $$$ is involved
