Have only skim read the comments, but noticed debate on jogging. If you are jogging for performance and fitness then have some food before hand. If you are jogging for weight loss then do it at a steady, pretty easy pace on an empty stomach and your body will burn fat as fuel rather than food.

    And you're my favourite stalker.

Seriously, if you're going to add to the topic then do so. Your random little pokes at me are just getting boring.

There is a difference, but you are right. I guess my point was there wasn't a need for you to go in on this guy and you kind of go in on everyone.

It doesn't matter if I have proof. If you know, then you know if I am right or wrong.

I can understand why you are short at times. I know a few times when guys got me upset too, but man this guy was just mentioning time slots to just get it done not like some scientific principal.

You are short when guys ask for help. Then, by my challenge, kind of proved that you are no more an expert than the guys you rail against. Your opinion and knowledge are respected. Why be an a$$?

How am I being an ass at all? The guy said running early in the morning is extremely helpful. I said that's bull****, you can run any time and asked why he thinks early runs in particular (since he mentioned early runs specifically) are differnt to any other time. That's all that was said then you jumped in saying I'm being a dick or whatever.

edit - Actually, Doyle, my little stalker jumped in first.

I know. I am saying that there is a distinct difference between running in the morning and evening. Not saying the original commenter knows this, but you don't know what that is. Still you didn't feel the need for clarification because you "know".

You are not qualified to say, but you do say. Not only do you say, you say pretty abrasively. Then when challenged and told that evidence exists rather than find out you want it spoon fed to you. You see the problem here? You don't recognize your own deficits and don't have the intellectual curiosity to fill them and feel fully comfortable being an ass with incomplete knowledge. :blood

You have become what you rail against. :hey
