The highly skilled but poorly matched Hurricane will make his second defense of the WBO super flyweight world title against perhaps his greatest test in years - if not ever, in fellow undefeated southpaw Seda. Narvaez is overall 18-0 (11) in WBO world title bouts dating back almost a decade, having made 16 defenses of his flyweight championship prior to moving up.

Cesar "Junito" Seda has a long frame nailed together with wiry strength and sneaky power. His timing and accuracy with that lullaby-singing left cross could be a big threat to even the defensively adept Narvaez. However, to date: 35 have tried and 35 have failed.

On the undercard will be 7-1 Soledad Matthysse against 4-0-2 Daniela Bermudez. Soledad is the older sister of Lucas Martin Matthysse and quickly rising up the female ranks in their native Argentina, with her only loss coming by disqualification. A win over undefeated countrywoman Bermudez in both ladies' first 10-rounder and first mutual step up in class would propel her even further.
