Round 1

Narvaez crouches and throws his right hook leaping up at Urina. Lots of forward leaning and jerking back. Urina is also using nervous energy, throwing some hooking flurries at the shorter man. Urina tries to hammer down with a 1-2 his fellow southpaw. Nice head to body combo by Narvaez, all thrown with power. Narvaez then starts to step around and pop the right jab. Continued orbiting by Narvaez, throwing his signature power volleys begun with the right hook before darting back to the outside.

Round 2

Hard right jab by Narvaez, and he then steps out. Narvaez a bit tentative in with the much taller challenger. Urina lands a short hook, and Narvaez's foot falters as he's stepping back and it creates the illusion of being hurt - which he dispels by getting right back into rhythm and darting in to throw right hooks, his balance regains. They trade jabs, Urina leaning over a little bit as though he were in a jabbing duel with a small child. Narvaez billygoats his way in, headbutting Urina in the belly and throwing his arms up high. Looping lefts to the body and right hooks up high by Narvaez. Just a swarm of activity. Urina tries to pick him off with the straighter right jab & left cross combo and lands fairly well but isn't dealing more than he's receiving.

Round 3

Narvaez jabs, darting in and out. Nice footwork, getting his right toes placed just under Urina's crotch. Hard overhand lefts by Narvaez as Urina flurries hard at him with his long arms whipping out straight. Narvaez slipping an awful lot of those with head movement, but still getting whacked with a few and seems to be trying to blink them off, a bit surprised by them. Narvaez remains committed to his inside presence, putting right hooks and left uppercuts/overhands together at a furious pace. Urina is pushed to the ropes and takes a crunching left hand to the face, with Narvaez literally jumping atop him to try and capitalize. As it turns out, Urina being hurt is as illusory as Narvaez being hurt early in the 2nd was. He's fine. They get back to trading at just inside mid-range. Urina lands some straight stuff just through sheer numbers, and Narvaez loops everything in with power and speed. Now some long uppercuts by Urina, landing well. Doesn't steal the round.
