Kim's mom committed suicide shortly afterwards, then referee Richard Greene committed suicide. Mancini went 4-4 to end his career...!!!
Not to sound morbid, but it doesn't feel like 33 years. Feel like it just happened within the past 10 years...!!! Still a fresh reminder on how tragic this sport is, and that anyone who steps in the squared circle deserves the upmost respect...!!!
he was basically fighting on warrior instinct + pure heart and pride. deuk joo is what i love about boxing (also unfortunately what i hate, you should be saved from yourself by your corner or the ref)
