    Round 1

Figueroa eases his way inside, dodging a few lazy jabs aimed at his moving head. Now "Panterita" starts to lay in as Herrera slows down, pinning him against the ropes with hard but wide combos of hooks and right hands. They are trading hooks and both landing, with Herrera slowly getting backed up to the ropes but holding his own for stretches. Figueroa is landing some cracking left hooks and right hands over the top but Herrera is replying with weaker versions of the exact same shots. Figueroa ducks a clubbing forearm. Figueroa loads up a right hand and gets tickled with about four clean counters across the face. HUGE right hand lands for Figueroa, stunning Herrera a bit. He follows up with a couple more power punches but Herrera trades away with him.

    10-9 Figueroa

    Round 2

Figueroa opens up with some wild go-for-broke offense in the opening thirty seconds. Herrera is pushed back almost fully into a corner but sets his feet and tosses back through the fire. Figueroa is throwing with bad intentions but a bit all over the place. Finally Herrera is caught solidly and goes down in a heap. He scrapes himself up and tries to claw his way back into the fight but Figueroa opens up with hooks and rights to the face galore. Herrera drops his arms momentarily and looks out on his feet before whipping his hands back up to show he's still intelligently defending himself. HUGE LEFT HOOK PUNCTUATION MARK!! Herrera won't be getting up this time!

    GOODNIGHT!! KTFO!

Didn't get to see this since I was doing Boxing Legends RbR on facebook but this prospect is good! He has a lot of potential.

Panterita gets hit WAY too much, but he's exciting as hell and has that equalizer.

Looking forward to this fight. Granados is a solid fighter. We'll see if he can test Gomez.

    Round 1

Granados jabs to the head, and Gomez ducks. Granados throws a hard lead right to the head, and Gomez ducks. Granados gallops to his left in a wide circle, throwing long punches at the head of Gomez - who ducks and keels to either side. Now Gomez starts revving up his own offense about a minute in, hooking at the body with either hand. Gomez swarms Granados into the ropes and plants a hard right on his face. A flurry of hooking can-opener shots by Granados fixated on the head of Gomez...who ducks them. Gomez uses some body feints while stepping to his right. Nice fade-back move by Gomez, and some pretty slick moves slipping by reining his head back. Aggressive onslaught by Gomez at the bell, hitting body and shoulders as Granados keeps targeting and missing his head.

    10-9 Gomez

    Round 2

Gomez keeps hot-dogging his way inside and then using very quick reflexes to escape Granados' fists. Gomez isn't throwing much, but when he does it's hard brick-smashing combos arcing upward from out of a Tyson crouch. Granados keeps letting his hands go but can't find much scoring area, tapping the back of Gomez's head with his jab with some frequency but otherwise flailing. Gomez scores a huge lead right knockdown with only seconds left to spare, putting the finishing touch on a closer round!

    10-8 Gomez

    20-17 Gomez
