Briggs is simply off reality, he thinks everybody is running scared of him when truth is that nobody gives a **** about him anymore and he's got only himself to blame for that.

His last bouts were stinkers, he's out of shape, completelly inactive, not ranked anywhere, is not a big draw anymore, why should anybody give him a title shot?

He thinks people should knock on his door with big title fight offers, it's hilarious.

Yes, he is a puncher and those are avoided, but it's not like he can't make his way into a mandatory position with a couple of good fights, just look at Meehan and Dimitrenko for example.

By the sound of it, I'd say he is retired for good.
