Fighters can also get suspensions lifted by passing the proper medical tests. However, Brewster didn't need to get his suspension lifted in the States, because he was fighting in Germany. He was cleared by his own doctor, and he was cleared by the medical tests in Germany. So... his suspension in the States really doesn't matter.
