You should watch Ortiz-Scott, then watch some of Ortiz's other fights and Ezzard Charles' fights, and then tell us how the hell Malik Scott's shutout/3-knockdown loss performance against Ortiz suggests that Ezzard Charles would likely beat Ortiz.

    It's like Liston vs. Rush.
Rush didn't want to get knocked out, so he stayed on the outside and barely got hit. At some point though Liston did catch him and take him out, which Ortiz couldn't do. I attribute it to Listons athleticism.

But yeah, Malik wasn't there to fight, he was there to survive. Very easy to make it to the cards if your goal is survival.

Charles is 100x more skilled in literally every way. There is not one facet of boxing that Scott even compares to. I understand that it was a shut out but Scott survived the fight. Charles at the very least would survive. I've seen Ortiz's other fights, not impressed and I was saying all along that any heavyweight that uses the ring will give Ortiz problems. Scott didn't win a round but it was challenging for Ortiz. Ortiz had a hard time landing a flush shot on Scott.

Charles is more elusive and light years smarter. I find it disrespectful to Charles that I am even comparing to two lol.
