So apparently included among the glitterati attending this card were Golovkin (not Gennady, though - his brother Max) plus Álvarez (but not Saúl - his brother Rigoberto)

That KO was seriously nasty.

 

I believe they're still repairing the break in continuity, the replay link on RingTV now shows just from where they picked up (directly after the KO, with the slow-motion replays & Conte's interview with Martin & Sánchez) but they should have it conjoined with the video from the rest of the card in short order.

 

The only person to make quicker work of Flórez is his fellow glass cannon Sammy "Hurricane" Valentín, whose power is as unreal as his chin is tissue-y. (Valentín iced him in 2 minutes flat, but was just taken out in twenty seconds himself earlier this month)

 

Man, can't put my finger on what exactly this je ne sais quoi is with Cynthia - no doubt she's pretty, but not in any ultra-rare way or anything...it really is her presence, the way she carries herself... She's just a flat-out sexy person.

Oh, right, so even though his record now reads 23-9 (19) this is actually Flórez's tenth defeat. He was dominated and lost a shutout unanimous decision to Anthony Peterson in January but it got overturned when Lamont's kid brother followed in his footsteps & failed his post-fight urine sample drug test. What terrible luck that family has - with either false negatives (if you want to be very generous with 'benefit of the doubt') or with getting caught. I believe both bros have now been popped multiple times - Havoc in 2012 and 2013 for testosterone and hcG respectively, and Anthony for TRT one previous time before this.
